Why Start a Knit Blog?

I have decided to set up this blog mainly as a way to organize all my knitting thoughts and ideas.  Here I can keep track of what I'm knitting now, what I'd like to knit in the future, and what I have knit in the past.  I can express my thoughts on anything and everything related to knitting - yarn and needles, books and magazines, tools and gadgets, you-name-it.  Also, as a member of the online knitting community, I look forward to having a place where I can let others find out a little more about me and my knitting.

First, I feel I should warn you of a couple things:

1. This is my very first blog (on any subject).
2. I don't have a digital camera or a cat (I plan to remedy the lack of the former but not the later).

So we shall see how I take to knitblogging.
