Right Idea, Wrong Project

I tried a Picot Edging bind-off for my toe-up socks, and I'm not loving it. While I'm still convinced that this bind-off or a similar type is an excellent idea for toe-up socks, I just don't think it's right for this particular pair.

The latest Cotton-Ease swatch on US5 needles came out to 5 stitches and 7 rows per inch. The fabric has the right combination of density and drape. So it looks like I'm all set to cast on for Donna.
